We offer global transportation services to all countries/regions. However, due to the policies and customs conditions of different countries, we will change the transportation services in several countries to minimize the processing time of parcels.

 

Delivery days:

Your order It takes 2 to 4 working days to ship the goods, and it takes approximately 15 to 30 working days from shipping to receiving the goods.

*The shipping time is estimated, starting from the shipping date rather than the order date, and may be longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.

 

Transportation process

To ensure the condition of the products in your order, we will recheck the products before sending out the package. This will take less than five working days to check your order items. After the order is checked, your package will be sent and you should be able to view your package information through the order tracking. If you need assistance for any emergency, please contact us.

 

Import tariff

When the goods arrive at the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs and import duties and charges. Please note that such charges and fees are borne by the consignee and vary by country.

Processing


Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability. Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.


Tracking Your Order


For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. We high recommend that customers purchase a shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.


Tax And Duties


Kindly note that all packages are shipped from our Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
